We do it by putting every home in a city through The ‘Plum Test’: a gruelling hospitality exam, which
uses a mix of (top down) algorithms and physical visits by hospitality experts.
We launched 3 years ago. Since then we have grown 20% month on month; expanded to 12 cities;
tested over 150,000 homes and developed a customer experience that’s returning the highest NPS

We are looking for a Spanish speaking Account Executive or ‘Collections Manager’. You will work primarily in the Spanish market and with the scope of assisting the Portuguese market too. You will be working with the Head of Collection for Spain & Portugal to make sure all the Head of Growths to ensure your cities hit their ambitious targets. You will play an instrumental role in this lofty goal! This
team is part of a wider marketplace team, one of the most important drivers for growth at Plum.
•Hit Quarterly Homes Live targets for each city
•Updating & managing the CRM system for two cities
•Assisting hosts to onboard their homes onto the platform
•Assisting to queries from B2B & B2C hosts
•Providing feedback to our Home Critics & Photographers to ensure they maintain the highest standards
•Ensure all homes added will sell and delight guests, maintaining our high NPS targets
•Gather and share insight about your market to work with the city team on hitting sales targets
•Ensure all hosts who join Plum are aware of our ways of working and headline terms
•A Spanish speaking salesperson through and through - you live and breathe sales, targets,
and numbers (ability to also speak Portugese is a bonus)
•Excellent organizational skills
•Capacity to multitask with different CRM systems, tools, and tasks

•Confident phone manner

•Excellent understanding and use of commercial and brand-led arguments in your sales pitch and negotiations with partners
