We launched three years ago in London. We are now in 12 cities across 9 countries, we have vetted over 100,000 homes and are on track to reach over £25M in annualised sales. The mission as a Customer Sales Executive is to match our Guests with the perfect Plum home for their holiday.
You will handle inbound requests and enquiries from our guests. You’ll be the first port of call for clients who engage with us, explaining Plum Guide and its benefits and wowing them with your local knowledge and love of travel.
You will speak to them on the phone, on chat and by email. You will be able to understand their needs, their style and what they will love and advise on the most relevant accommodation plum can offer. You need to be speedy, able to multi-task and focus.

As we are growing, we are keen to add more language skills to the team. We are looking for people with fluent or professional working language skills in any (or more) of the following; Spanish and English.
Our office is open 7 days a week and shifts for all Sales Executives at Plum Guide include working weekends.
