Senior Business Analyst

Job description

The Role

We’re looking for someone to crack the formula for recruiting homes that will have the biggest impact on growing sales. You’ll concept and build the system that prioritises leads along our sales operations and city sales teams. Your work will also be critical in helping us identify new types of housing stock to grow sales in our cities.

It’s the perfect opportunity to get in at the ground floor of a growing sales organisation and have a huge impact.

The role will be varied and partner with many departments across the company, but these are the things you can expect to do:

  • Analyse the sales impact of adding home stock in various size, price, and location categories
  • Scrutinise the health of the business and interpret key performance metrics
  • Create a process to update the sales teams about the categories of focus for their city as well as integrating with the CRM
  • Work with sales operations to ensure the right leads are prioritised for each city according to the model
  • Continuously monitor and analyse sales, search and homes data to inform the business teams (including city teams and performance marketing)
  • Roll out and train the sales teams on the impact of home characteristics on revenue
  • Partner with the Data team to build the systems/dashboards necessary so the business and sales teams have access to the right data and KPIs in real time
  • Contribute to the expansion project, including analysing the opportunity in prospective new cities
  • Derive recommendations and create action plans to address weaknesses and areas of opportunity
  • Execute key recommendations in collaboration with other functions and/or stakeholders

  • If you make your objectives happen, you’ll inevitably be one of the most sought out talents in the startup, creative and hospitality industry
  • Genuine influence and autonomy to develop the collection in your city
  • Be a team player for what we believe will be one of the most famous startups of the next 10 years
  • Be part of a passionate, friendly and transparent culture
  • Plenty of opportunity to grow into new roles
  • Competitive salary and options scheme: our ambitions are huge and we hope it pays out for all
